Pagani don't sell replacement straps on amazon, but you can buy very similar rubber straps on Amazon. Nylon Nato straps suit this watch too, also on Amazon.

Is the glass flat or curved

The "Daytona" glass is flat but on the diver's watch the glass is slightly curved. Both watches are good quality. To quote one review - champagne watches for lemonade prices!

Does this watch have a display/clear back to view the mechanism?

Yes. There is a glass window to the rear through which you can see the mechanism.

How do you attach the nato strap, I didn’t get any extra pins in the box?

I think you can use the original pins, if you uncertain take the watch to a repairer/jeweler.
