Good healing cream, not available on the high street

I got fed up of the eczema flare I've been having and decided to go hunting for something that would help. The usual recourse for me is hydrocortizone ointment, which is a topical steroid, and as such is not really all that good for you. Add in the fact that the affected area is usually my neck, and steroids become a much sillier proposition. I found this cream after googling for eczema remedies. Everyone who had used it seemed enthusiastic, and I thought I'd give it a go. I'm very glad I did. I've been using it for 3 days now and while the eczema hasn't cleared completely it's much, much better than it was. The raw redness has gone, and the skin feels much healthier. The results so far are hugely encouraging. One thing to bear in mind, if you are going to use this cream: It stings like crazy for the first few minutes if your eczema is really bad (mine was red raw and weeping, sorry for the visual, but it might help someone form an appropriate comparison). If your skin is merely dry, you don't feel anything at all. On areas that were dry but not raw, all I got was a pleasant cooling sensation, like you might get from tea tree oil, or similar. On the raw bits though, my god, it was like rubbing napalm into my skin. The stinging goes away within a minute or two, and the effect of the cream is more than worth the momentary discomfort. So, if you do get this reaction, don't panic, don't run away and wash it off, you'll only dry your skin out more and things will spiral even further. Just let it sink in and do its job. Think of the sting as a sign that it's working, if you like. In summary, this stuff is marvelous and I'll be ordering more as soon as I need it.

Was introduced to this cream by a colleague as was suffering from dry, sore patches on my fingers. Delivery was quick and whenever I need to use it, it calms and softens my skin. The smell is glorious so a pleasure to use.

Stings so much I have to tap the area to it's gone also my skin goes red, then calm my skin after stinging sensations gone. It's ok for unbroken skin.
