I’ve had the lighter for one year. I love it! But it suddenly would not take a charge. I reached out to customer service and after some troubleshooting, which didn’t help, they sent me a new lighter. A year later. Very impressive customer service!

It’s pretty cool just received it - seems to work pl good , takes a couple times to light but I’ll get the hang of it ! I especially like that it charges (comes with cord ) and that it’s small sleek- has a safety feature for those with kids also - perfect for me as I am a candle fanatic !!!

Since my purchase 6 months ago, I have found this lighter to be reliable, simple, and practical. I got this lil’ guy because I often need a match for small things: like candles or incense. This fella works great for what I need it to do! The charge lasts a good two months until it’s halfway through. It is a little cheaply made, but I didn’t have any problems with the functionality. Great for someone who is ballin’ on a budget!! Update, Sept of 25’: the lighter has stopped charging, this started in the spring—it can’t charge (even after being inspected by several comp engineering majors at my university)—this means that it is no longer able to work! I wish there was an option to get a new one since the product is now defective.

I purchased this lighter a while back, maybe even a year ago. I only needed to light a few candles, so I had not used it that much ...... but then I decided I would burn all of my white sage and not use it anymore (I am trying to be more simple and minimalistic). So, I was outside, trying to have a little relaxing hypnotic sage burn session, and right away the lighter conked out. I recharged it and it held like half a charge at that point. I realized that the lighter was a dud and would not hold a charge. So, I contacted the company, and as I had wanted, they didn't "ding" me for not performing the role of product tester when I first got this lighter. I only used it as I normally would, which was lightly, and didn't test it out to see whether it was in proper working order or not. I would have had to teach myself how to be such a product tester, too, being that I was not familiar with these lighters. I did none of that, and just was the buyer/consumer as I am. The company didn't "ding" me for only being the buyer/consumer, and they sent me a new, working lighter. And I can tell immediately, now, that it works much better than the first one. It has a stronger electric or plasma arch, the way it should be. I'm so happy now!!! The company was really easy to work with, which I think is fair, since I paid for a working lighter and never got it, so at this point they should make things as easy on me as possible. Anyway, eventhough I originally got a dud, the company took care of the issue, so now I can be a happy customer and let others know that the company backs up their products. Order with confidence, and I highly recommend!!!

So, my lighter stopped charging after the first charge. It was past the return window, however, I reached out to the company separately and they send me out a replacement with no problem. That’s great customer service!

My husband loves this electric lighter and uses it all the time! Battery life is long lasting, it's easy to use, and had held up well over time.

This works as described. It is nice to be able to charge it and not have to worry about batteries or lighter fluid. The only complaint, is that my kids say that when I use this, the sound it emits hurts their ears. It doesn't bother mine, but I am older so maybe I don't hear that frequency. Otherwise it works well.

Absolutely love it. Does the job, clean setup, came charged and safe.

Out of the box it worked great and lit many candles. After a few weeks and a couple of recharges it just stopped working.

I honestly never thought I'd write a passionate review about a lighter, but here we are. This SUPRUS electric lighter has become weirdly satisfying to use. The champagne gold finish makes it look fancy enough that I've caught guests pocketing it thinking it's some luxury item (looking at you, Dave from last month's dinner party). The plasma arc is ridiculously effective - I can light candles upside down like some kind of fire wizard, which is strangely empowering. The battery display is actually useful since I no longer have that moment of despair when trying to light something important and finding it dead. Speaking of battery, this thing lasts forever between charges - I've gone through multiple "romantic candle phases" on a single charge. The safety switch is appreciated since I accidentally turned it on in my pocket once and nearly jumped out of my skin when I heard the electric crackle near my thigh. My cats are both terrified of the "psst" sound it makes, which has become an unexpected bonus feature for keeping them off counters. Zero regrets upgrading from my old flame lighter - no more burnt fingers, no more fluid refills, no more existential dread when it's windy outside and I'm trying to light the BBQ. Best $20-something I've spent this year.

The product is very nice upto expectations. 1. Long battery life 2. Charging doesn't take much time 3. Plasma is working fine 4. Design is also nice. 5. Value for money.

Worked right out of the box, was already charged. Worked well, my candle loving teenage daughter who steals all my lighters did not like the noise this makes when turning it on. She said it was like nails on a chalk board for her, so this is a win for me. I may be able to light my candles without searching for lighters.
