I started taking this vitamin D after my blood tests showed my levels were low, which honestly wasn’t a surprise. Especially living in the UK and spending a lot of time indoors in the winter. I’ve been taking this alongside my iron supplement, which is also from Nutrition Geeks, and I’ve been really happy with the brand overall. I feel that together they’ve made a noticeable difference. My energy feels better, especially in the mornings, and I don’t feel quite as wiped out by the end of the day anymore. The tablets are tiny and very easy to swallow, which I really appreciate, and I’ve had absolutely no side effects at all. They’ve been very gentle for me.
