I’ve been using Q&A CoQ10 200 mg for a few weeks now and honestly, I like it a lot. I mainly got it to help with energy and overall heart help and I do feel a difference. Nothing crazy but I’m definitely less sluggish during the day. The softgels are big, but not hard to swallow. I like that it doesn’t upset my stomach at all, which has been an issue for me with some other supplements. One thing I appreciate is that this brand focuses on better absorption and it seems legit compared to others I’ve tried before. The only downside is the price. It’s a bit higher than some other options but if it actually works better, I’m OK with paying a little extra. Overall I’d recommend it if you’re looking for a good quality CoQ10, I know I’ll keep buying it

My doctor recommended that I take CoQ10 and this brand is the best I've found. PROS Comes in 200 mg capsules not just 100mg so I don't have to take two. Is effective proven by labs. There is no smell or aftertaste. CONS The capsules are very large. I don't have a problem swallowing them and they are shaped to make swallowing easier but I could see it being difficult for someone who doesn't swallow pills easily. They do cause me a little nausea if I take on an empty stomach. I would recommend Qunol CoQ10. They are effective and come in both 100mg and 200mg capsules.

I take a statin and my PCP recommended taking CoQ10 and have been taking the Qunol version now for several years. The blood tests have been good and no issues with Qunol. Great product.

Taking per my physician for Afib. Guessing ok but they are huge. The size indicated on this page is much smaller than in reality. Will probably look for something smaller as i have difficulty in taking them.

If you're trying to increase your heart health this is an excellent combination. You add this along with PPQ which is a vital nutrient for cardiac cells. Make sure you take them with a little bit of food and consider other repair type nutrition choices.

I just started a statin in Feb/2026, the muscle pain around my joints was so intense, lost my drive to workout and was tired all the time. Tried creatine until end of March, helped a little but still soreness and the bloating was unreal. Found medical journals on CoQ10 and stated taking Qunol in April. Now taking 200mg everyday after lunch for a little over 30 days and feel like a new person. Pain gone, don't feel sluggish after lunch, doing medium intensity walks to get back into workouts.
