I’m on my 6th bottle of this fasting help in a bottle!! I’ve been following Mike for years on the socials and watching his YouTube videos… He’s the real deal and so are his products… This berberine is my favorite and runner up is the electrolytes with creatine. I’ve been on a fasting journey for a few years combined with healthy eating, strength training and biohacking…. Fasting was never easy for me… I would wake up hungry and have to force myself to go for a walk to add an hour or two to my fasting window… It was brutal… on my walk I would think about the food I was going to slam when I got home… and I ate super fast, got bloated from poor digestion and drug butt during my strength session. This was the missing piece to my weight loss goal….
