I ordered this in gold plated and have worn it many, many times. It still looks new. I liked it so much that I recently reordered it in white gold. For both necklaces, I had trouble with the tiny, tiny clasps so I ordered magnetic clasps. Problem solved! Those magnetic clasps are magic!

It doesn't look like real plated gold silver, it's a dull silver color like costume chain. The diamond look stone is so small & so far apart bearly see it, but see it a little. It's simple & delicate look I like. Stones do turn so not always seen. So I'm going to wear it for casual. I kept it but now realized I should of returned it. It's fun for casual wear but not nice enough for dressed up.
