There are no preservatives, or artificial coloring or flavoring. Best jelly ever just what they say is in there, if you are not allergic to cherries you will be fine!

There are good size pieces of cherries in this jam. Best Jam I've ever had which is why I order it on a regular basis.

Is it only supposed to be 1 jar?

Yes, it's a single jar. And the cherries are chopped up, not whole.
