I like the cane but as others have noted the rubber tip wears out quickly—2 days in my case. You can buy a pack of 10 tips on Amazon, but my solution was to buy 4 regular rubber cane tips with a 0.5 (not 5/8 mentioned in earlier review) inch inner diameter. These will fit snugly over the brass tip holder.

It's a little shorter than I was looking for. I wanted a 38 inch cane as I am 6 ft 4 but it was hard to pass up the price and I'm very glad that I didn't. Well made, fit together with procession and beautiful to look at. The difference in length isn't even noticeable. I would buy it again but it feels like it will out me .
