I bought this dye to make my Maltese mix match my tricolor Bernedoodle, and I’m honestly impressed with the results. The brown looks exactly like advertised, and the black is a true, rich black—not faded or ashy at all. The colors turned out great and blended beautifully. Application was easy and straightforward. The directions were clear, and the product spread well. While it was processing, I ran a metal comb through the coat to make sure the roots were fully covered, which worked perfectly. My only complaint is the amount of product. My dog is about 16 lbs, and I used every last drop just to cover his back. I definitely would have needed a second box for touch-ups or full coverage. The quality is there—I just wish there was more product included. Overall, great color, easy to use, and excellent results—just plan to buy more than one box if your dog isn’t tiny.

the groomer accidentally got dye on her legs the first time so i wanted to do it myself. the color after washing is so vibrant and much prettier in person. it was a fairly easy process. make sure you use decent gloves because if it rips the dye will stain your hands like it did for me. also protect your floors or whatever surface you're working on. the color lasts in her tail for months and when it fades it's a pretty pastel pink. i used about half the bottle for my medium pomsky. she's had no negative reaction to it.

Stays in for months. Looks so pretty and vivid. Good quality and definitely use gloves!

I bought this to try to dye my dog. It was super simple and I didnt even have to put any lightener on her! No irritation whatsoever, no harsh chemical odor when applying, and it has lasted an extremely long time. The dye is easily washed off items and towels and countertops. It is so vibrant! It's lasted at least a couple months already.

Used on my black lab blue heeler cross on her grey and white patches. It was very vibrant on her for her being quite dark. It seems to last a while she’s had it on about 2 weeks and it hasn’t faded at all. It is pretty messy but does not stain the tub. It will stain your hands so wear gloves. The dye itself is pretty much the same thickness of hair dye. Not sticky at all. Just messy.

My Groomer use the pink on my Labradoodle. She used it only on the top of her head and the end of her tail that is a pom-pom. Her hair was done in October 2025. I love the color when she first got her hair dyed. Now it’s the beginning of December and the pink has really came out of her tail. You can see a little bit on her head because her hair is also black on top. It says it will last so many washings. But she has not had a bath with the die. She only got wet one time out in the rain. The color is just fading so quickly. I loved the color when it was first done but, now it is really faded away. I’m afraid to have her groomed because she won’t have any more pink left. I would give it five stars but with the fading so quickly, I’m sorry to say I have to give it three stars. I think the pricing is very good. I’m not sure if the groomer used the whole bottle on her head and tail. If she did, the dye didn’t go very far.

I LOVE this pet dye. I tried Critter Color previously and it was not good. OPAWZ is excellent though. Vibrant colour, easy to use, doesn't stink, did not irritate my dog's skin. She is black with a grey bum and tail and her back end looks so cute. I will definitely try this brand again.

Genial, lo compré para mi rottweiler porque de repente empezó a cambiarle el pelo a marrón y estaba muy rara, aunque el bote es pequeño y no me dio para todo el cuerpo jaja. Pero se ha quedado con el negro intenso que tenía antes, con brillo y no sé si fue gracias al tinte pero también dejó de caerse el pelo, que se le caía a cachos.

Worked really well!! Its VERY black, no skin reaction and the product didnt smell bad, i left it on for 10 minutes instead of 20 and it still worked
