I used to suffer from irregular bowel movements. I have taken many probiotic products to alleviate the symptoms. I found this product to be a new type of probiotic product containing both beneficial microorganisms and a human milk oligosaccharide (HMO). After taking the product, the frequency and timing of bowel movements became very consistent. I had regular bowel movements in the morning, and my feces became smooth and snake-like. The product's taste is good, and it is effortless to swallow. As it was in powder form, I felt some leftovers stay in my mouth, so I drank a glass of water to rinse them away in my mouth. It is an effective product that promotes regular and consistent bowel movements. I felt that my gut health improved after taking the product regularly.

I've been having constipation after a hip surgery. And the digestion / metabolism is key for general well being. Besides being aware of what I ate I started taking two capsules per day with food. I have only been taking it for a week. It brought on my cycle a few days into it. It tastes amazing. I don’t suggest mixing it in water. So far I feel good. I don’t have the sharp pain in my stomach. I gave it 4 star for now. I still have bloating. I will check back in in a month or two.
