Amazing product tastes pretty good.

I love this product. I decided to try it to help with my knees. I wasn't really in a position to try the surgical or injectable approach at this point. But simple tasks such as grocery shopping would require me to ice my knees when i came home. I decided to give this a try as a result of a friend who also has knee pain and had some success with this. I tried the dosage amount listed on the bottle, but found it didn't last all day. I gradually increased my dosage until i was at a level that worked almost a full work day. The dosage that i went up to was 2.5 oz. I take that in the morning after i get up and it definately helps. When i don't take it?? It is most definately noticable. I tend to take more than 1 dose prior to it raining, during raining, and just after. I will take the 2.5 oz when i get up and then another around 3pm. It definately didn't take all the pain away, but took a huge edge off the pain. Any of you who suffer from arthritis know what im talking about. Some days you just want something to take the edge off so you can get some things done. For me this was able to do that. The only downfall that i think could make this product better would be to go bottles. Small and compact that could be thrown in your lunch box and taken quickly. Understandably, i know there is a huge cost infux with that for both the seller and consumer but it would be easier. I have found my own container that is the 2.5 oz that i take so im sure you can too. Thank you, Gentri Sand

Not really sure the benefits but establishing a regiment of adding tumeric to my supplements for all the benefits stated

Easier to take turmeric than capsules or gummies, but have not seen any noticeable improvement, even taking larger dosages, which means bottle will not last even 2 weeks - perhaps 10 days. So expensive and cannot see benefit. Turmeric is beneficial, but stick with less expensive gummies. No side effects noticed.
