Sleep quality have improved. Mind is very calm and relaxed. It is gliten free and paraben free. Non addictive.

It has melatonin 5m along with magnesium and zinc which reduces stress and help getting better sleep. After using it I am getting good sleep else earlier after going to bed it would take 2-3 hours or some time I would keep awake whole night. After taking tablet it take approximately 1 hours to get natural sleep. It is not a pysc formula for sleep but a non habit forming ingredients which activate sleep cycle. Easy to swallow.
