I have used a few nutritional yeast products and this is by far my favorite. The flavor is not quite as strong as other yeast products I have had but it is the most natural and clean tasting. I sprinkle it on just about everything that I eat throughout the day and find the subtle cheesy/nutty flavor is very complimentary when added to savory dishes. Everybody in my family likes it. I’ve been using Sari Foods nutritional yeast for a few weeks now and I have found that my energy levels have been more stable throughout the day. I used to get really hungry (and cranky) in the late afternoon and my attention span was shortened. I’ve noticed an increase in my alertness throughout the day and I’m much less prone to snack. B vitamins can do wonders for energy and mental clarity and this yeast is packed full of them. What makes this yeast stand out most from similar products is the fact that 100% of the nutrients and vitamins it contains are from nature. I’m always hesitant to take a product that has been filled with man-made nutrients to make it seem more healthy and I love that Sari hasn’t tampered with the natural process. They even send a recipe book with a bunch of delicious recipes, my kids love the mac and cheese!
