This is definitely a luxurious hand cream with an impressive blend of essential oils - the smell is amazing. It's moisturising (I use hand creams every day) and absorbs well. My hands remained soft after using. The packaging is nice but I would have expected a glass bottle for the price (it's plastic). The scent does linger on the hands so depends whether this is something people prefer. Would definitely recommend this product.

Overall this is an absolutely wonderful hand cream! It has a nice creamy texture but isn't too thick, it sinks in very well and a little goes a VERY long way!! You absolutely do not want a full (or even half!) pump of this product! A pea sized amount is more than enough. Hands definitely feel soft and cared for after it sinks in :) It's very much worth noting despite it mentioning things like Ylang Ylang and Vanilla etc, this product contains essential oils and to me it has an extremely herbal scent which might not be for everyone. The scent is also, in my opinion, extremely strong as it's also meant to be used for aromatherapy by cupping the hands to the face. I really like doing this and to me it feels soothing and invigorating, but the strength of it wont be for everyone. I washed my hands a few times after using this product and could still smell it. I will admit I did have some issues opening this product, the pump lid seemed quite stuck and when I did eventually get it to release, a lot of product was oozing from around the pump stem. After cleaning it off it seems completely fine however! I do think it's good value for money, both for how well it moisturises and the strong scent, coupled with how a little goes such a long way! The bottle is nicely but simply decorated too, which makes it look good out on display in the home.

As a handcream it gives a reasonable amount of moisturisation (which is better if you put more on) that lasts a while, unlike some where you want to re-apply within 10 mins or so (though nothing compared to the likes of neutrogena which give amazing moisturisation - though I cant use that anymore as its not vegan, hence I wanted to try this one). However the smell which isn't unpleasant as such, is way to strong (and I use a lot of essential oils so I would have thought i'd be used to them), though normally I find essential oils fragrance is quite short lived and after 10 mins you dont really notice. But this is so strong and heady (it reminds me of a mans aftershave by the way) that I can't get away from it - it lasts for hours. I've tried to leave it to wait for the scent to fade but it doesn't and I've tried putting a minimal amount on but then its not so moisturising so i end up feeling glad when i've washed my hands to get rid of it. Its a bit like when you go shopping at Christmas and every shop has chrsitmassy read diffusers going which are so cloying and strong you can't wait to get out of the shop after a couple of minutes. And smells like this can actually give me a migraine or best case scenario a headache. Its great that its 100% natural products BUT the price of £36 is very expensive and I wouldn't even pay that much for it if it were 90-100% organic (by the way if you see a so called organic toiletry product its worth asking the seller what percentage of organic it is as some are as little as 10% !!). So I just don't feel I can recommend this one. For me its not a good fit - mostly down to the smell (nice when you first squeeze out) but then its so strong I find it unbearable, so I will have to see if I can give it away as I can't stand its cloying scent. I also dont think the price is acceptable for a non-organic handcream either. As a slight caveate to anyone interested in this, I will add I am a migraine sufferer so some smells are just too much for me and can affect my headaches. This is one of them.

This Olverum hand lotion is fantastic. It feels luxurious, absorbs quickly, and leaves hands deeply moisturised without any greasiness. The combination of shea butter, aloe vera, vanilla, and vitamin E not only smells amazing but also protects and nourishes the skin. The pump dispenser is convenient, and the 250ml size lasts a long time. Perfect for daily use on all skin types.

Olverum Hydrating Hand Lotion 250ml I’ve been using this Olverum hand lotion daily. The pump is practical, the cream absorbs quickly, and my hands feel softer with no greasy residue. It handles normal dryness well, especially after washing my hands a lot. The vanilla scent is mild but noticeable, clean and slightly sweet. It’s not strong enough for very dry or cracked hands, and it's more expensive at £36.00 with 10% voucher than basic hand creams. Still, it’s a solid option for everyday use.
