Nice bumper, installed it myself , took about an hour and a half. Packaged well but did have a small dent on the bull bar. It was on the side that faces the radiator so you won’t see it unless you’re looking for it. Upgraded the bolts that attached the bull bar as I felt like the supplied bolts could be bigger. No big deal as I had bolts at home that did the trick. Looks great on the old TJ. Jury’s still out on mounting a winch as the metal is not quite as thick as the factory bumper. Would like to know if anyone has a winch installed and how it worked on the bumper. As far as impact goes even the factory bumper will bend if hit hard enough. Overall satisfied with my purchase.

I been wanting a set of off-road bumpers and got this pretty discounted so I bought them. They took a week to come in which for the weight isn’t bad. I real like the front how it comes up to the fenders but the back one where the tire mount is was Really wobbly. I ended up drilling holes on both side ( cuz it on bolts on the top with 2 bolts ) and put a nut and bolt on each side which really help the play. Other than that I really like them. Don’t get me wrong all jeep have rattles so the back tire does move some. But if I bump something in the woods I’m not worried now.

Waited a year after purchase to write this review. I don't usually write reviews but I feel like I've given this product enough use to give it an honest review . It did not bolt right up onto my TJ , which was probably the only downside of this bumper. It 'almost' bolted right up, but one bracket was welded just slightly crooked and I had to widen the bolt holes on that bracket just a bit to compensate... Not a big deal... IF YOU HAVE A DREMEL OR DRILL WITH A DIAMOND OR CARBIDE BIT. It also only had a few bolts... For 6 bolt holes ? Anyway once it was mounted up properly it looks good. And it's sturdy . I have winched on it hard, countless times, with a 12000 pound winch, in deep snow, mud, at improper angles even. I was , unfortunately, in two medium level fender benders with this bumper on and both times the other car was damaged and the Jeep had almost no damage whatsoever . One bracket bent up slightly in the second collision but that's about it. I've rammed it against trees , just generally beat on it. Took it off a few months ago and sprayed or with some Rustoleum trim and bumper paint (it had some minor scratches) and it looked brand new again. If you can tinker with the install a bit this is a great value. They even shipped it to Alaska free. LEDS on it are worthless. My Badlands winch mounted right up so easy. My Warn 9500 did not fit, newer Warns probably will? Would buy again for sure. One thing worth mentioning is if you're running 35s the corners of the bumper get into the tire line just slightly and could rub when articulating fully.

The rear bumper looks great and is easy to install but the tire holder is not sturdy at all. I have 35" tires and wobbles like crazy and will probably crack over time especially offroading. No holes for reverse light activated flood lights, which my previous bumper had. Would be nice. Update: yep. The rear tire holder is cracked after less than a year of use. Don't waste your money. I have to see if I can weld a repair or just replace the whole setup with a higher quality bumper.

Badass, by far the best thing I have added to my Jeep. It is super nice quality considering bumpers could run you up to thousands of dollars. The coating on it seems durable and granted it is full metal it will add some weight to the jeep. It seems like it adds a little wind noise but as long as you bump some music it’s not going to be a problem. You need some hardware to install fog lights but nothing crazy, as far as installation go it was more trouble taking off the OEM bumper. The new one slides right in and took me about 35 min max to install with 2 people. (The extra pair of hands helps a lot) my only concern would be that the vacuum is exposed as well a decent bit of area between the bumper and actual engine components. But as far as looks go I am extremely happy with this.
