I open 2 caps and put into my morning coffee. Within an hour or so I am aware of the effects of the Lion's mane as my mental activity becomes sharp. I trust the brand...the quality is consistent

Have only taken it for a few days. It is not white in color & has a distinctive taste. Two good indicators for me. I trust that Double Wood supplements contain the ingredients listed on the bottle's label. I base this on the fact that their TMG taste like fish, which is how it is supposed to taste.

Sounds good on paper, but I don't know that I noticed any difference from taking this product. Certainly didn't grow shroom cap on my head though, so there's that. If you like what you've seen in the research, give it a try—won't hurt.
