Designed with a depth of 10mm, it’s almost double the thickness of a standard mat to reduce the strain on your joints and muscles when you’re working out. Exercise mat measures L180cm x W60cm x D1cm. - HIGH-DENSITY NBR FOAM FOR SUPERIOR CUSHIONING & COMFORT: The mat is made from high-density 10mm thick NBR foam to deliver superior cushioning when you’re working out. This helps to reduce the impact on your joints and muscles, making it perfect for Pilates, physio, and floor exercises where injury prevention and comfort are of paramount importance. - TEXTURED NON-SLIP DESIGN FOR A CONFIDENT WORKOUT: Our NBR mat has a special textured base with a unique groove pattern for greater grip and traction. By preventing it slipping and sliding on smooth flooring, it helps to deliver a more confident workout. A silky-smooth upper surface provides ultimate comfort when you’re exercising. - CLOSED-CELL FOR HYGIENIC USE & EASY CLEANING: One of the finest properties of NBR foam is that it has a closed-cell structure to prevent it absorbing too much sweat and moisture. This makes it more hygienic to use and easier to clean. Simply give the mat a gentle wipe with a damp cloth to clean off any stains, before allowing it to naturally air dry. - LIGHTWEIGHT & COMPACT WITH ATTACHABLE STRAP: We’ve made our mat 10mm thick for good reason. We believe it delivers greater cushioning and comfort than a thinner mat whilst rolling into a more compact size than thicker mats on the market. When rolled up it weighs just 850g and include a loop-over shoulder strap to comfortably carry to classes. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B01MZ74I83 | | Best Sellers Rank | 812 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) 12 in Yoga Mats | | Brand Name | Core Balance | | Colour | Teal | | Country of Origin | China | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars (3,396) | | Global Trade Identification Number | 05031470190576 | | Item Dimensions L x W x Thickness | 60L x 180W x 1Th centimetres | | Item Weight | 0.85 Kilograms | | Manufacturer | Core Balance | | Material | Foam | | Model Number | A-470568-EU | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Part Number | A-470568-EU | | Product Care Instructions | Air Dry | | Unit Count | 1.0 count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Core Balance - **Colour:** Teal - **Global Trade Identification Number:** 05031470190576 - **Item weight:** 0.85 Kilograms - **Manufacturer:** Core Balance - **Material:** Foam - **Number of items:** 1 - **Product care instructions:** Air Dry - **Product dimensions:** 60L x 180W x 1Th centimetres - **Unit count:** 1.0 count ## Images ![Core Balance NBR Pilates Mat, 10mm, Non-Slip Base, 180cm x 60cm - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71WweYJFO3L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Frequently Bought Together - Core Balance Pilates Mat, Extra Thick Foam 10mm, Non Slip, Exercise Fitness Yoga, Compact Lightweight With Carry Strap, 180cm x 60cm x 1cm - Core Balance Soft Pilates Ball 23cm / 9 Inch, Small Anti Burst, Yoga Exercise Fitness Physiotherapy Physical Training, Inflatable Straw For Easy Inflation, 200kg Weight Capacity - Coresteady Resistance Band For Men & Women - Exercise Band to Build Strength, Flexibility, Muscle & Tone - For Fitness, Stretching, Pilates, Physio & Yoga - With Exercise Guide --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.is/products/49729080-core-balance-nbr-pilates-mat-10mm-non-slip-base-180cm](https://www.desertcart.is/products/49729080-core-balance-nbr-pilates-mat-10mm-non-slip-base-180cm) --- *Product available on Desertcart Iceland* *Store origin: IS* *Last updated: 2026-10-27*
