I bought the black compact mirror. The price was more than reasonable--I surprised at the good quality. I really like this mirror. The compact feels very sturdy and well made. It is slim and handsome. The mirrors have a good reflection, with no distortion. The size of the mirrors is more than adequate. I highly recommend.

My wife broke her old mirror (15x) and she wanted a new, more powerful one. Mo offense, but at 65 years old, does she really want to see more magnified views of what time has done? Well, I digress. This mirror is a good size, travels well, and has both a regular view and a highly magnified view. (30x) It is a really good value for the money.

I bought a 15X and a 30X at the same time, in different colors so I could tell them apart at a glance. However, although I did receive two different colors, both had the same magnification. Since I’ve never had either a 15X mirror or a 30X mirror before, I can’t tell whether they are both 15X or both 30X. So one star off for the wrong order. But Amazon refunded me for one, so that I wouldn’t accidentally send back the one they got right and look stupid. Each compact contains two glass mirrors: one with regular magnification and the other with the higher magnification. Because the mirrors are glass, the compact is a little weightier than I imagined it would be. I’m not sure yet that I would actually take it with me when traveling, or even in my everyday purse. I think I’ll keep one in my office and one in my desk at home. I feel like taking another 1/2 star off for the weight (since they’re called Travel Mirrors), but the mirrors are of such excellent quality that maybe it’s impossible to make this kind any lighter. These are definitely better than those in a cosmetic compact. Further on the positive side, they are elegant looking. And again, the mirrors seem to be of high optical quality. No distortion, and you can see every tiny hair and imperfection on your face (sigh). The compact has rounded edges and hidden hinges, so it’s very comfortable to grab and hold from any angle. It will not snag the lining of your handbag, if you that’s where you prefer to keep it. The gold one is especially pretty. It has a subtle, true gold metallic shine. This compact would look fine, in case you ever needed to use it in public.

I’m a fan of pocket mirrors, for me these are indispensable, I can’t walk out of my house without them I got the in each of my purses. They are very sturdy, the mirrors are so good (they show every imperfections and thoughts you have in your mind). The quality is superb, for the price. I loved it so much that I ordered another one in a different color.

Compact does the job.

I was very pleased with this mirror. It's larger than most "purse" mirrors but you can actually see yourself in it. The magnification side is perfect as well. The mirror has a magnet closure and comes in a drawstring bag to protect it. It was delivered in a timely manner and was in perfect condition.

I truly love everything about this foldable mirror! It is awesome. The 10 X magnification is wonderful. BUT… In the reviews, there are lots of comments about the hinge breaking, thus the upper and lower mirrors are no longer foldable and are broken apart from each other. I contacted the manufacturer and asked what their warranty period is. Kudos to them for responding so quickly after hours!! The warranty is six months in length and they stated they’d be happy to take care of any issues within the six months, as customer satisfaction is their top priority. I guess I have a problem with a short warranty period like that when so many reviews mention the hinge breaking. Even though I absolutely love this mirror, I will not be purchasing. I’m hoping if the manufacturer truly believes customer satisfaction is our top priority, they will extend the warranty length to at least one year so they can take care of their customers when the product hinge breaks (or redesign the product so that it does not break). It’s a wonderful mirror, but you’ll be taking your chances with the hinge if you purchase this. I will absolutely buy many of these mirrors for myself and for gifts if the manufacturer resolves the hinge issue.
