Q: Product pictures of the Toucan hat show both Velcro and plastic snaps, so which does it have?

I got the full blue signature cap , it has strap and buckle. The toucan is a velcro strap closure , the black and grey is a velcro closure . The military green is strap and buckle , and the tweed is strap and buckle .So unless they have made a change this year , they should be the way they were last few years

There is velcro fitting , NOT a snap adjuster on the rear of the hat , which was highly disappointing when ordering partially for said feature.The hat overall, looks great. Less blue, more grey though which is fine.Bought as a gift....will be waiting to see if it will have to be returned once tried on. Really not happy about the velcro
