They are awesome and strong, helps with flattening keloid on my ear.

I use this as compression therapy for my keloid on my earlobe and it works great. It is a very strong magnet so it can cause some discomfort if your keloid is on the smaller size. My keloid has gotten bigger due to not wearing consistently but when I do wear I notice a huge difference. I’ve also worn it on and off for about a year and it has held up great. The size is maybe a little smaller than a quarter and about a few cm thick.

These cauliflower ear magnets are pretty straightforward to use and came with multiple magnet pieces, which is helpful because placement can take a little trial and error. The magnets feel strong enough to stay in place, but they can get uncomfortable if worn too long or placed on a sensitive area. I like that the set includes a small storage case because the pieces are easy to lose. The material feels decent for the price, and the size options make it easier to adjust depending on the area being treated. This is not something I would expect to work overnight, but as a pressure-support option, it seems useful. I would recommend starting with short wear times first to see how your ear responds. These things definitely made a difference in just 1 week. I had a keloid removed about 3week earlier and scar was not seemingly healing from the inside, while leave another raised scar. These things not only flatten the scar but has seemingly healed the scar on the inside. The magnets are extremely strong and the come with these little pad to lessen the pressure if needed. I wish they had something you grab in order to help remove the magnets. They can be painful when trying to take them off. I also wish they had a hole for an earring after a piercing.

Worked good on my cauliflower ear. It kept coming back but after using these magnets, I didn’t have to get the fluid sucked out of my ear anymore. I wore them for hours until it started bothering me (pretty much all day and before bedtime). Took them off when I went to bed. Then wore them again the next day. If you do jiu jitsu or wrestle, these are good to have around. You don’t use them a lot but you got them when you need them. There’s a couple different sizes in there package. I used the big ones on my upper outer ear.

Work like they should. Having more size varieties would make them even better.

Edited to add: After my husband's ear injury, he put these on for a day, went to the clinic for a better fix since it was getting pretty bad, and the ENT was impressed by how well these worked at keeping the swelling at bay. Original review: These are very strong magnets, come in a neat little case that fit in any gym bag, and perform just as well as certain products twice the price. They come with pressure adjusters just in case the magnets are too strong for comfort. If you do Jiu Jitsu or wrestle, get these before you need them!

I was expecting more strength out of these magnets. They barely put any pressure on swollen parts of the year. I really wanted them to work, but unfortunately they’re not that great.

My husband has been draining his cauliflower ear and then wearing the magnets to try and stop the damage becoming too severe. Quite expensive but we feel worth it. Good packaging Could do with sponge padded sides as he reports they are quite painful
