Great product
Really love this product. I still buy KaChava and just do a scoop of each. The vanilla cookie is a little sweet, that's why I mix it but there are no sugar in it at all and has less calories than KaChava and much more cost effective. Mixing it I cut down the cost of KaChava and the sweetness of the sugar cookie and use for meal replacement. I've lost 20 pounds and feel great!

Flip Open a New Bag and Enjoy
Perfect! I was looking to replace a meal replacement that I’ve been using for months. It was a meal replacement found on social media and it was phenomenal. However, the company itself, and the people behind the scenes, were questionable. I loved not packing breakfast and lunch so much during the week that I was on the quest to find another product. This product might be the same as the “Flip” one I was using. Same product packaging and the taste is right on point. This is also a much cheaper option yet it has the same vitamins and nutrients in it. I tried another brand that was more highly recommended but it had a horrible after taste. If you’re looking for easy meal replacement for on the go this is it. Too many people complain about meal replacement powders but it might be they are mixing wrong. I use banana milk and a splash of plant based chocolate milk and two scoops of this. It sustains me for 4 hours just as if I ate solid foods. I drink my lunch as well but I use peanut butter powder for lunch. I wasn’t trying to lose a lot of weight but this did remove the belly fat that I always had an issue with. It tastes amazing and when using a small blender it dissolves perfectly. This will be my go-to as long as the company does not increase the price.

Love the product but bag dies not seal.
I love the product. Very tasty, mixes well, and nourishing, but there is a problem with the closure. The slide does not close the bag no matter which way you try to close it. This is my second bag and the closure didn't work on either one. I had to fold the bag down and use a clip to close it. Therefore it wouldn't sealed tight. Great product lousy packaging.

BEYOND IMPRESSED!!! PB flavor
Perfect addition to help a more balanced diet. I have an awful habit of not eating breakfast or not leaving enough time to bait every day with a sporatic schedule. This shake makes nutrition easier and I feel more nourished. I'm impressed that they've managed to check all the boxes: gluten fee AND soy fee AND no dairy AND no sugar AND (ETC). VERY HARD TO COME BY! I add a bottle of water, 2 scoops (a little over the top on each), 1 banana, and 2-3 ice cubes. I use a KOIOS blender, but it for about 15 seconds and it's pretty perfect! Smooth, a little thick and sometimes there's small chunks of bananas but I don't mind you could just blend for another 10 seconds. Some people add too much ice and it's chunky- i also read where someone added water and almond milk AND 8 ice cubes (way too many) and it was watery- well duh.. your ratio to powder and liquids is way off. I love that there are loads of vitamins, good amount of protein it complements my vitamins and minerals deficiencies and I definitely feel a considerable difference. I'm on my feet for 6-10 hours straight, very physical job as a professional medical massage therapist. This shake (with a banana) gets me easily through 7 hours of straight massage. I take women's complex vitamins PURE encapsulation brand once a day a few hours after my shake. I am certainly ready for dinner when I get home it seems to stave off Hunger for about 8 hours for me. If I get hungry before the end of my shift I just have a hard boiled egg. Not sure about weight loss because I'm not monitoring weight; my goal with this meal replacement shake is proper clean nutrition. I do feel a boost of energy, no brain fog, a little fullness so the Hunger doesn't come on until dinner time, zero bloating, many other great things. I got the peanut butter flavor and it tastes and smells great. I think the ratio to ice and liquid really matters so don't go nuts! Cleaning the bottle does take a bit of effort because it's plant based protein so it's going to be thicker and stick to the bottle but my came with a brush with several sides of teeth to get in the grooves. Hand wash or dish washer gets it clean. Overall VERY IMPRESSED- I ordered 2 more same flavor and have recommended to several friends and clients.

Has Stevia in it, terrible taste that last forever on your taste buds, yuck!!!!
Once again I made the big mistake that 0 sugars does not mean no stevia. The minute I made this protein drink, I could tell this darn product had stevia in it. Why????? Why can't someone out there make a protein drink without stevia, monk fruit, artificial sweeteners, etc. This product did not need to add the stevia, it just ruined the taste. All I want is the protein, I can add my own sweetness by adding date sugar, dolcedi, maple syrup, or coconut sugar. Stevia makes this protein drink way too sweet for me, and that disgusting sweetness lasts far too long on my taste buds. I had high hopes for this product but it tastes terrible and I'll give it away. It is the very last protein drink I will by because it seems all of them add stevia, monk fruit, or artificial sweeteners which are unneccessary.

So far, gonna go with MEH
Update 02/19/23: I got a blender! Maybe not the best one but it'll do. I put in two servings, 16oz of almond milk, 8 pieces of frozen bananas, and 8 ice cubes. Still watery, cardboardy, hints of banana (not a fan of banana but wasn't sure what other frozen item to put in), and not just grainy from the powder but the tiny, tiny ice grains as well. Trying again tonight with one serving, 8oz of milk, more ice, but probably the same amount of bananas. Also switched to vanilla cookie for next order and playing around with other frozen ingredients to add. Update 02/14/23: My taste has returned! Unfortunately. This is very cardboard with a tiny hint of chocolate peanut butter even though it's supposed to only be peanut butter? I did two servings with 16oz of water in a blender bottle, very grainy and very little flavor outside the cardboard. Today I did 2 servings with 16oz of almond milk in a blender bottle, stilly grainy but thicker and the milk lessened the cardboard. It'll definitely make for a good milkshake once I can afford an actual blender. I think I'll use frozen bananas in it and check it out. Original: Our association started out poorly. I set it on the counter and shook it and patted it down to get all the powder in the bottom. However, once opened, powder went everywhere. The scoop was also at the very bottom under all the powder. I know there's not much someone can do about that one. Once I got my two scoops out (which this stuff is incredibly clingy so you're losing powder all over the place) and went to close the bag since it's "resealable" I was unable to reseal it because of all the powder caked into the zipper portion. Guess I'll wrap it in cling wrap because I don't have any plastic bags big enough for it and will have to go to the store to get it its own storage container tomorrow. Texture! I used a blender bottle and this will be a great shake when I have an actual blender and ice cubes to turn into a milkshake. I shook my blender bottle vigorously until I could no longer see clumps. However, the texture was still very grainy. So far, I have only tried this with water because I am out of milk until I go to the store tomorrow. Now about that taste! Tastes good so far but I'm still recovering from a sever head cold and only have 20% of my taste buds left. One serving is two scoops + 8oz of liquid and that's a full meal? Thank goodness I have no appetite thanks to this head cold and have switched to these types of things to get nutrition and to make my stomach shut up. Hopefully once my appetite comes back I can continue to successfully enjoy and use this as my breakfast replacement. We'll see. The whole powder mess situation is very unfortunate and feels like it's going to cause more waste, especially for the price.

Wow! Yum!!!
The taste is amazing! A blender is not optional; there is absolutely no way to get it smooth from stirring by hand. Mix it with 14oz cold almond milk and a few ice cubes, and you have a large, thick, delicious milk shake that keeps you full for HOURS! And you feel like you’ve already had dessert, so there are no sweet tooth cravings. I have digestive problems that frequently keeps me from being able to eat solid foods, so I struggle getting the nutrients I need. I’m glad I found this.

Great product! Definitely recommend
First time trying this and I really like it! I got the vanilla cookie flavor and although it doesn’t have a strong vanilla or cookie taste, it does taste good. Not too sweet, not too plain. I love the ingredients and that it’s sugar free. So far I’ve made two different drinks. Used my Ninja mini blender with frozen blueberries, 10 ounces of 2% milk, little ice and 2 scoops of the powder and it was really good. I did the same with frozen strawberries as well. You definitely have to use a blender. I noticed some reviews said too chalky or didn’t mix well. That was not the case for me. It mixed great using a blender. I’m looking forward to trying all flavors. Definitely recommend.
