Goes on very smoothly, and very lightly (if desired, which I do!). Leave it for a few seconds to dry, then apply the gloss at the other end of the wand. Voila - you're set for the day. This lipstick will survive meals, coffee, toothbrushing, and a great deal of kissing. Others have complained about getting it off, but I find that a good cleanser is all it takes. I'm cornering the market in case they discontinue it, and I might well throw out every other lipstick I own. Good selection of colours, too! I just wish there was more product in the container. One lasts me about four months. The gloss lasts far longer.
