Is this material heavy enough to filter light if hung on a window (I would be buying black)?

It’s not like a blackout curtain but it does filter light and will darken the room.The material is heavy and it hangs beautifully. I have the black curtain.

How many weights/magnets are in the hem?

This shower curtain is made of heavy weighted farbric and weighted hem, It will not swing easily.

Is this liner mold and mildew resistant??

I’ve had the shower curtain for one full month and haven’t seen any mold or mildew build up; however I washed it after the first two weeks and plan on keeping that schedule to avoid those issues
