I just received (and opened) my combo pack of multivitamins/joint supplement. In reading the back of the bottle for instructions (eat w/meal, dosage, etc) I find on the joint bottle this warning (and I nearly missed it): " Allergen warning: contains crustacean shellfish (lobster, shrimp and crab)." I am allergic to shellfish!! I went back to the description on the page and didn't find any warning about this. This warning needs to be in the listing in large letters for folks to see and larger on the bottle as well. UPDATE!!! Seller reached out to help with this issue and I appreciate that. Have upgraded my rating because of that. If you do not have a shellfish allergy you should be good to go. Just not for me! Thank you.

If you're a runner and don't have the greatest eating habits, taking vitamins and supplements is important. This package seems to advertise the ability to provide what you need if your nutritional needs are lacking. The price isn't bad, the product is fresh (not old, expired stock). I can't speak for effectiveness really. I think it would take lab work to show actual results/improvements? I've been taking/ordering for over a year.

I’ve been using this combo for the past 5 months and so far I can’t complain. My knees used to hurt after my run at a point that I had to ice them up after my run but now I don’t have to do that. My knees pain have reduced immensely. I’d recommend it
