Pro tip: Ensure that whatever you anchor this into can support its weight and yours.

**Q: Does this have to be installed in a doorway and if so why?**
A: Installing this over a doorway allows room for your body -- you don't want to try to do pullups with your face and body up against a wall!

**Q: What is the size of each hole for the screws?**
A: The size of all holes for the screws is 9*20mm.

**Q: what is the actual diameter of the bar?**
A: I believe they advertised 1.3 inches and is solid. I felt it I wish it was 1 inch so that it would be closer in size to the diameter of the pull-up bars at the gym.

**Q: Do i need to worrry about drilling into wires when setting this above a door frame?**
A: Maybe you should ask your building management to see if there are some wires above your door frame, if it is, change another place to install the pull up bar. Thank you!

I honestly have no idea how I haven’t ripped the studs out of my wall. It feels like I’m going to with every pull up since it’s only held in by the four screws but I e had this for months and have done hundreds of pull ups on it including some with added weight. It was kind of hard to install (with a drill) so I used an impact driver and it worked flawlessly. Build quality is solid and the fit was pretty much perfect in my doorway. The grip is a bit smooth but I put some hockey tape on mine and it seems to have done the trick. Great value for the money. Super simple but effective design.
