I absolutely love this brand and the color variations. Great for using in coloring books. Writes super smooth, best bang for your buck when you want multiple different shades of pink and purple.

The metalic colors are very attractive. The pens write smooth with no skips or pooling. I used the gold one in my Silhouette Curio with a pen holder to write messages is handmade Christmas cards. I am very pleased with the results.

Wonderful green ink pens and refills for the money. Some smear a bit but its a water base ink.

Pretty good! Cute colors, very thin, no swear, nice value! You will need to color around to get the ink started but my daughter loved them.

Out of 30 colors, I had 5 duds (that either didn't work at all, or weren't reliable enough to write a few words without the ink cutting out). Those were numbers 2, 4, 14, 20, and 23. Of those, 3 also had dud refills... 2, 14, and 20. So I guess I'll never get to use those three colors. I didn't test the refills for the shades that *do* work, but I'm sure plenty of them are duds too. I generally like the color selection and many of the working pens are quite nice. But when the quality control is this abysmal...

The colors in this pen set are very nice and lend themselves to great gradiency of the pink and purple colors. The quality of the plastic used for the pen shaft is very poor. Some of the pens shafts have cracks in them. This may be due to the poor quality of the flimsy box and tray they are in for sale. There isn’t any padding to protect the pens to be able to arrive safely. The cardboard box they are in is nothing more than a little bit of a card stock paper. I have purchased numerous varieties of gel pens for my hobby of coloring and these are the most poorly constructed pens, both with the plastic shaft and the “box” they are sold in. I currently have over 600 media tools with which to color with including gel pens, fast drying needle point liquid pens, thin line markers, colored pencils and Crayola Twistables, so, I very much know the difference between great quality and poor quality. I also received a set of the blue gradient gel pens for Christmas, made by the same company and their quality was exactly the same. If you are thinking about purchasing these pens for children to color with, they would be fine, however, if you are thinking about purchasing them for nice adult coloring pages, I would look for a better quality of gel pens.

Nice packs of gel pens. They are to go with the gel pen colouring books I am getting for my brothers for their birthdays.
