BEST MEDITATION CARDS I'VE EVER USED!
TL;DR: Great bang for your buck. The cards actually work and have reduced my anxiety and stress levels. The graphics are breath taking. The diversity of content really makes you appreciate life. 100% worth buying for yourself or for friends. WOW! These cards are AMAZING! I own a variety of cards like these and I can honestly say these are hands down my favorite. First, there's 100 cards in the deck! All my other decks only have 50. Plus, these cards are around the same price as the other decks I own. So, it's double the value for basically the same price! That alone makes these cards worth it. Second, the cards work! There's seven different categories with varying difficulty levels and a day/night indicator. Since I've had the cards, I found my anxiety and stress levels have decreased tremendously. I'm able to be more present throughout my day and take the lessons I learn from the meditations into my day to day life. I particularly love the abstract cards, like The Sunset Conjecture. They make me more appreciative and grateful for every aspect of life. Third, I cannot rave enough about the graphics! They are so unbelievably beautiful. Each card has a unique graphic that really brings the exercise together. I love showing the cards to my friends, because they're always in awe as to how mesmerizing the cards themselves look. Oh and by the way, you can really feel that soft touch finish! The cards feel silky smooth. Lastly, I love the order of the cards. I've been practicing mindfulness for a couple years now and even though the cards start with the basics (a couple breathing exercises), they quickly ramp up and uncover unique insights about the world that I never thought of. For instance, there's cards in there about physics! I never knew physics could be used for mindfulness, but the physics really helps ground the practice by making mindfulness accessible in my every day life. For instance, there's a card that says: "everything you see is in the past. It takes time to travel from point A to point B, even at 186,000 miles per second." Really makes you think: what is the present if everything you see is in the past? Anyways, GET YOURSELF A DECK OF THESE CARDS!! I promise you won't be disappointed. I already plan on buying a couple decks for my friends for the upcoming holiday season, since they all seem to love it too. Thank you for making these!
