This Peanut snuggle pod doll is well made, nice soft material, lined in silky material, making it easier to put the doll in and out of the pod. It's very cute and a nice idea, as my son gets older, I'm sure he will enjoy putting his doll 'to bed'- as I have! It's a good toy to teach nurturing and for bedtime snuggles! Manhattan Toy Co come up trumps again... I'll definitely be buying more snuggle pods :)

I've bought this for my 6 month old niece for Christmas and was worried that it might not live up to the photos (the internet is tricky like that)but I was so wrong because the fabric and stitching are very good quality and Im sure she's going to love this super cute soft doll for many years to come. Im sure it will also help mum and dad with a game to put the doll to bed "and now it's your turn" as well as develop some motor skills in time. It came from Stork gifts within days and was wrapped in some tissue paper which was a nice touch.

All the Manhattan toy products are just lovely -- good quality, soft, sweet, with bright colours and mixed fabrics. This is the same: a cuddly little baby tucked into her own sweetpea pouch. Suitable for ages 3 and up I think. My niece has Baby Stella, and we gave her Sweetpea to be Baby Stella's baby . . . she'll love it. Happy Christmas!

I got this for my daughter's first christmas (approx 9 months) and it was a bit wasted on her at that point other than simply for cuddles, however his toy more than deserved it's worth since about 15 months when my daughter became pretty much obsessed with Imaginative play and taken a liking to baby dolls. This is a perfect first baby doll for young children and the range is inclusive of boys too as the inner dolly is genderless and in a powder blue 'suit' (though there are less pink dolls available too), the stitching is impeccable, there are no hard edges it is completely soft, very light and perfect sized for infants or toddlers beginning imaginative and nurturing play. I also like how you can remove and replace the baby inside the snuggle pod which can anchor bedtime routines in a toddler struggling with bedtimes. Overall I would not hesitate to buy this toy (or any from the range) for any young child who is expressing interest in nurturing imaginative play.

The little girl I was buying for loves all kinds of dolls, and loves to carry them around! This peapod doll is soft and cuddly, has a sweet face, and is just the right size for holding! I did think it was a little expensive, especially as it is quite small, but I couldn't resist its sweetness!

I bought this for a friend's new baby and since I have bought 4 for different ones for new babies and my 3 year old girl. She has more grown up dolls but she really loves these and puts them to bed in their pods every night. They are very simple but made beautifully and they are very appealing. They are great as a baby shower gift too and they won't break the bank. I can't recommend them enough! The peapod is my favourite but my daughter loves hunny bunny.

This is a wonderful toy - cute, soft, easy for babies to handle and a great comforter. My daughter was given it as a gift when she was born and when she was a few months old she began to snuggle up to it in bed and suck the toys' hands. A year on and she's inseparable from it! I've now had to buy a second one just in case our first ever goes missing...
