What is the weight limit?

The stairs are foam but you have the option to put a board on each step o under the fabric so it can be more stable. Our family opted against the boards and our dog is 32lbs and has no issue going up and down them.

I have to return these because they do not support my dog, too squishy. How do u return them now that they are inflated?
