This tea is good for liver, so go for it if you are worried about your liver health. The flavor is healthy, but little bit like oil taste, but that is to be expected if you want a healthy liver.

Feeling more energetic after a week's use. But while the box dictates steeping the bag for 8 minutes, the individual bag wrapper asks you to steep for 2-3 minutes..So which is ideal? 3 or 8? Expecting a response from Teacurry team. Thanks.
