could you use this under a wetsuit as a lube/antichafe, neck, shoulders, armpits, etc - not necessarily in the "saddle" area?

I would say so. I like it because the cream has a sort menthol cooling effect. I don’t know what effect it would have on a wet suit. But it washes out of cycling kit well enough.
