How many litres of fuel does the small bottle make up?

That would depend on the mixture ratio. Some machines are 25:1, some 50:1. Check the user handbook.

I was told to use this on the parker brand 52cc strimmer dont want to use any two stroke till i get a good answer as just purchased this strimmer

Husqvarna or Stihl 2 stroke mixing oil are the better oils on the market. The main thing is to get the oil to fuel ratio mix correct. This information should be in your owners manual for your Trimmer.
