This may be TMI, but if it helps others then it's worth it and I don't really care. So I turned 30 last year...And I have never had regular periods EVER in my life, I didn't order this to help me get pregnant, I ordered this because I used to go anywhere between 3-6 months without having a period my entire life until I turned 30, and then...I started BLEEDING every 2 weeks like clock work for about 8 months straight. I went and saw like 3 different doctors about the issue, and got ZERO answers/help for my problem other than them wanting to put me on birth control, which is just not something I want to do. So because of what I know about the human body from studying Esthetics, and the effects that hormones can have on the body, and because I already knew that I am Estrogen Dominant, I set out to help myself since doctors just couldn't seem to help me. First I read about the benefits of I3C, found a supplement and after about 2 weeks and tons of flatulance, I finally got relief from the bleeding, for about 3 months, and then...It came back worse to where I was just bleeding nonstop every day for 30 days and then I would stop and spot for like a day or two and then start right back up with the bleeding. Then, I tried a DIM supplement after going back and forth with stuff I read about how it's better than I3C and vice versa, yeah it did absolutely nothing for me. SO, I started digging deeper into my estrogen dominance issue, and up on doing research came across this GEM, and after reading through many positive reviews on it a few standing out to me about women regulating their cycles, I decided to give it a try. I gotta say, I have not been disappointed, I saw a difference in my bleeding within about 3 or 4 days compared to 2 weeks with the I3C, and so far it has remained consistant (I've taken it for about 30 days now) and that was without taking the full recommended dose at first. Now, I have not stopped bleeding completely yet, but at least I no longer have to keep feminine products on hand everywhere I go, and I can actually have a sex life again (my husband is grateful for that). I've also noticed that my mood has improved overall, I feel like I sleep better, and I've also noticed that my skin has cleared up quite a bit as well. I think it will take more time to tell how this will work for me long term, but so far it is helping a lot, there's not much about it that is negative, other than the pills are much larger than the I3C pills I was taking, and I will say that after taking it for about 2-3 weeks I did begin to experience some gastrointestinal issues that weren't very pleasant, but have since subsided so far and after googling chaste tree berry extract which is the main ingredient, that is known to be a common side effect that people may experience when taking it, and honestly in my opinion is a rather small price to pay and I would rather experience a bit of tummy discomfort than bleed every single day. Overall so far this has been a great product and the price point is good as well. Like I said, only time will tell just how well this will work out for me, but given the results I have seen so far, I am definitely going to keep using it for now and am hopeful that I will continue to see even better results later on.

This is a great product!! After the first week, I felt better.. but the end of the month, I felt GREAT!!

Its actually really good! It works wonders, I have PCOS and was having non stop heavy bleeding for weeks and this product really helped that slow down and stop. I highly reccomend!

After I started taking these Vitex+ capsules a few weeks after I already notice a difference. My cycle feels more balanced, and I’ve had less moodiness and bloating around my period, which is such a relief. The capsules are an easy size to swallow, and I like that it’s all natural with no weird aftertaste. The bottle is a good value for the price. Obviously, everyone’s body reacts differently, but for me this has been a gentle and effective support. Really happy I tried it!

I stopped taking this to save money. That was a mistake. The price is fair and I really notice the difference in hot flashes when I stop taking it

We have added this to our family's Subscribe & Save order so we are never without it. One of our daughters has had issues with not having her menstrual cycle regularly. We prefer to look to natural supplements to improve our health rather than the "mainstream" solutions (with their side effects, etc). After my daughter had been using this for just a couple of months, her cycle was much better regulated. I started using it after seeing her great results. I'm postmenopause by a few years and thought I had faired fairly well. I never had extreme symptoms, but have noticed some. After using this for a 3-4 weeks, I was feeling more like myself - the me I haven't felt like in ages. I have been much less prickly, sleep better, and feel all around more alert, happy, etc.

This stuff is the best! I felt an immediate difference after first dose. When I ran out I ordered a different brand of Vitex because it had a higher dosage. After a couple of days I regretted it, as the problems I was having came back. I went back and ordered this brand, VHnutrition, even though I still had a full bottle of the other brand.
