If the A frame is similar to that of a touring Caravan, then yes.

Is the cover UV stabalised? Does it go over the jockey wheel adjuster handle as well?

Yes it is a large cover with two long straps the cover is a little thin material but it works hope this helps

does it fit a bailey pursuit ??

Hey listen... I returned mine as too lightweight so whether it fits a Bailey or whatever make is immaterial as far as I'm concerned! There are better covers out there!
