I love this door anchor. I use it every day for leg, arm and shoulder workouts. It holds up well so far and the material feels very sturdy. I use it with resistance bands from decathlon.

This is a really useful, small, lightweight, sturdy, piece of kit! Very simple to use - all you need is a door, and it will provide a multitude of different working heights for your band exercises. I use it when I’m away and can’t get to a gym. Allows me to get a pretty comprehensive upper body workout with just resistance bands.

This is good for what it promises. However, it feels a bit insecure with the plastic parts. I would rather have them from silicon coated steel.

It really works well - and takes away the problem of how to anchor one end of the band when doing back exercises.

This solves the logistical problems of using Therabands at home. The anchor works well and does not damage the door.
