Delicious
I love marzipan and so these were a real treat. I must point out the marzipan flavour is very nice, it’s not strong like the cheaper end of the market where I think it’s almost a chemically substitute. On a side note I have also tried the flavoured ones, again only subtle but delicious, the coffee and rum are excellent.

Irresistibly delicious; plenty of calories but in Winter this is welcomed.

Good but a bit expensive
It was my first time buying marzipan, so I don't have a reference to compare. The taste was nice, and not too sweet. For having it with one cup of tea I needed 2 piece, so finished the box fast. I think it is a bit expensive for the amount you get.

Indulgent Treat
Love, love, love this marzipan. I always ask for this for Christmas and birthdays as it's so delicious. It has a really high almond content, which makes it very good quality. I should savour this marzipan as a treat but I always guzzle it as it's just so good.

Old discoloured chocolate and dry marzipan - avoid
I LOVE Niederegger marzipan and especially these little loaves. This is however a terrible quality batch - the sticker says BB 01 03 2022, which seems unlikely! The chocolate looks grey, the marzipan is dry - it's such a disappointment. I have literally eaten thousands of these in my life - never did they taste like these. Too disgusting to eat. Apparently they cannot be returned - they will go in the bin and I will fight for a refund. Don't buy from this vendor! NOTE ADDED LATER: Amazon refunded the item - so I am ok.

Delicious, fresh and moist. The pieces are the length of your thumb. A review said " the size of your thumb nail". I'd say they are about 1 1/2 ".
