I bought this for my grandson for Halloween. We had a lot of fun putting this together. It is a little difficult so I think it is a joint project to perform with your child but that's a great thing!!

Cool toy! Neat concept. My only complaint is that the instruction are originally in Mandarin and poorly translated to English. But my husband and son figured it out. So some adult help is needed the wiring part. 13 yr old who loves to build things love the toy. I would buy this concept of toy again!

This toy is perfect for 10 to 12 year olds. The instructions are not as detailed as they should be but it works fine once assembled properly. The key thing is to have patience, read the instructions thoroughly and use the image on the box as well. The legs have to be set in a certain position for it to move. It teaches basic assembly skills for preteens.

This was a gift for my 13 yr old nephew. It took some patience to assemble, but he had a great feeing of satisfaction when it was all together and working. He likes it because it looks kinda creepy crawling around. Overall it was a great gift. Happy I purchased.

Fun to assemble and display. Great satisfaction for the child when building and playing with the robot.

1 star off for the power switch that won't stay in place. Otherwise, my daughter loved building it and showing her creation to others.

My 8 year old son had so much fun building this spider. We went outside and tried it out on different surfaces, and it is still being played with weeks later. My son was able to put most of it together without help.
