This is one of my favorite supplements to take for detoxification and liver support. I feel like I'm doing my body good with every dose. Wonderful ingredients and Dr. Lynch is top notch.

I noticed that within 3 days of starting Liver Nutrients that my desire for sugar decreased by 95%. I love this positive side effect because I enjoy my sugar treats but I know sugar is horrible for me!! Anyone that is complaining that the dosage is not high enough just take 2-3 a day! This is a very healing formula for the liver and a company that I believe in.

So, I just received this bottle of Liver Nutrients (and a bottle of Ox Bile) a few days ago. I couldn't find an expiration date on it anywhere, just a clear Lot number and the MFG date, which I mistook for an expiration date. The MFG date was last March 2019 (today is Feb. 2020). So, I contacted the company. They told me the expiration date is 2 years after the stated MFG date. Well, that's good and i'm super glad because I have high hopes for these products. They said they are working on getting expiration dates on their products, that's it's a long process. Seems odd to me, but, hey, whatever. I'm just looking for these to work well for me. So... because the supplements themselves look good, ingredients listed are excellent and the company was pleasant to communicate with, I'm starting out with giving 5 stars. This is my first time using these so will update when the bottles are gone in about a month and share how I liked them. P.S. I'll copy & paste this review to the Ox Bile I bought with the Liver Nutrients, because it's the same order. Happy health everyone!

Seeking Health Liver nutrients have been a great addition to my healing process by reducing my liver enzyme values and helping my liver detox more efficiently. I started using the Seeking Health brand after learning I have genetic methylation issues and that requires specific nutrients, especially how they're processed. So many of supplement brands I'd been taking weren't being absorbed and turned out to be just a waste of time and money. I'm now using many supplements from this line and have been feeling a positive difference to my health! I especially love that the line carries many supplements that combine nutrients so I'm taking less pills a day.

I don’t know what to write because every time I want to express my opinion about Seeking Health products it asks me to review my review…. Let’s put this way…This is great supplement and I highly recommend it!

I've only recently started taking this supplement so it's hard to rate its effectiveness. I plan to continue taking it as prescribed by my naturopath for 3 months.

I have been using this daily for over a year now. It is part of my daily supplement regime for chronic migraines. This, in addition to several other seeking health products, have pulled me out of the daily migraine hole that I was in. I have not noticed any ill effects but I have seen several positive ones. In particular I have noticed that it helps my body process alcohol. Now I can enjoy a glass of wine without the threat of a massive hangover. It should be noted that you should take it with food. I highly recommend.
