Yes tastes exactly like the one in the restaurant such good value

Once opened must be consumed within 4 weeks

Q: Is this a marinade or a sauce you put on your dish as you are eating?

I use it with cream and tuna to make a pasta sauce. I think it is designed to put on food, but can't see it not working as a marinade, as it works to cook with.

Q: Can I ask why is the price three times more expensive than it is in the shops

Apparently the listing includes postage. It is a glass bottle Package is over 2Kg(fragile & requires special handling that are not carried by most of the standard courier services) . You can find out the royal mail postage cost for a parcel over 2Kg; minus that you would see that the item is still cheaper than in the shops.
