They are huge and they are bit too hard to try to crush into apple sauce or pudding. So, If you have a hard time swallowing, these are not for you. If size doesn't matter, than this vitamin C is a power house. Now brand is super reputable with reliable quality ingredients. They are GMP-CERTIFIED. I like this Vitamin C because it doesn't have artificial additives. I also dont feel any acidity after taking it. Even when I take double doses during bouts of colds, it is still easy on my stomach. I take Vitamin C to assist in absorption of my iron supplements as well as for added immunity as I tend to suffer from year round allergies and often get colds. My iron levels have improved and colds have decreased. Quite happy with results. I will look into capsules though going forward.

A lot of people don't realize this but Vitamin C is necessary for collagen production. No VitC = no collagen. Almost all animals make their own Vitamin C. Humans still have the gene but it's inactive. Imagine how much more youthfully everyone would age if they had OPTIMAL levels of Vitamin C constantly rather than the recommend low dose that's barely just enough to stop scurvy. Many talk about Vitamin C in terms of getting sick, etc, because it is an antioxidant, but Glutathione is even better in that regard. So remember, Vitamin C is essential for collagen production. Look this up. Since VitC is water soluble, it doesn't stay in your blood for long, so it's better to spread out grams of it, not just milligrams throughout the day. To the people complaining about pill size, get a cheap pill cutter and cut it into 2 or 3 pieces or just stop trying to swallow with with a dry mouth... The best form of Vitamin C to intake would be one that's encased in lipids, like Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C but that's much more expensive. So it's more reasonable to get it from various sources in different forms in order to save money and this C-1000 complex is a great supplement for the money; key word being supplement.

Excellent quality. I have been buying this vitamin C on repeat as I take 4,000mg in the morning and the same dose in the evening, always with food. It is a great antioxidant and immune support booster.

vitamin C is critical for life, like there are to many reasons to list. I take mine at night, I sleep better, feel better and...ahem go..better💩 No taste, as it's a pill. Good value for money with larger bottles, and the quality is on point, you can tell because of the pooing moref Cool thing to know there are a few different types of vitamin C and the one to get is called calcium ascorbate., Which this is, the brand sells both this one is more costly because it works.

I am suddenly healthier! I have always been prone to colds but after taking these vitamins for a year, I have had only one cold that was mild. I take one tablet daily, and of course, have reordered.

I've been taking 1000 mg of vitamin C daily for years. But I had to take two capsules, until I found this product. It has 1000 mg in only on tablet. The tablet is fairly large, but I don't have any trouble swallowing it. It probably has a smooth coating on it that makes it easier to swallow.
