I had a faulty sensor and this was the perfect cheap replacement
When my alarm started playing up by triggering when no-one was in, I feared the worst. Large bills were going through my head. Luckily I found this really cheap replacement at a time when I had the electrician out for something else. Easy peasy. Alarm working perfectly again.

Reliable but lacks mounting hardware
I have been using Texecom PIRs for over twenty years. They are very reliable. I am however disappointed that you cant buy them with the ceiling mounting kit any more.

Not a straight swop !
Ordered exactly the same ( make , model etc )as old ones but had to swop piece from old ones as new did not come with it , also the wiring board terminals are in a different sequence to old ones !
