Yes the bed comes with simple instructions & all tools needed for assembly. It is possible to assemble with 1 person however a 2 person assembly is recommended. 90 Minutes estimated build time.

Is the bed strong & stable?

The beds are made with a solid pine wooden frame with support beams and legs. The slats are thicker plywood for extra strength. The bed has been tested to EN 1725:1998 for its safety, stability, strength, and durability of the bed frame.
