Q: Would these work with a same-size hammer ball toy? Or are they too lightweight/fragile to be toy hammered?

I don't believe they would hammer well. If stepped on, they sometimes collapse. My dog was able to easily collapse it when biting down on it.

Q: What is the actual dimension of the ball? I'm looking for 2.25 inch balls for a different use. If they are 2.25 inches, these would work.

The actual diameter of these balls is 1.75 inches. Not sure why they are described as 2.25 on the product page, but it is incorrect.

Q: Would these fit the B toys xylophone-pound whale?

No. These balls are filled with air and very lightweight. They are like a smaller version of the balls you'd find in ball pits. The B-Toys Xylophone Pound Whale requires a heavier ball.

Thank goodness for amazon

I have had the ball popper toy for a long time but have lost all the balls. I was happy to see I could buy replacement balls. It comes with 12 which makes the toy work better with more balls. They’re not flimsy at all and are great quality. They’re fun colors and don’t have any complaints. It’s been a fun toy for all my kids.

These were great for ball popper!

We have the elephant and the ball popper and it's so great to have extra balls around! With a 4yr old and 2 yr old they have so much energy to burn chasing all the balls around and trying to get them all back in :)
