Great Toothpaste
Have noticed fresher feeling mouth longer after brushing. Teeth Have gotten at least 2 shades whiter in just a couple of months. Gums have gotten healthier and have filled out in places. Good stuff.

Spry vs. XyliWhite
Spry cinnamon is my favorite, because it has a stronger and tastier flavor of cinnamon, which I love, so I find myself combining XyliWhite with it or another flavor. For the price, however, this product is far healthier than the commercial, flouride brands.

My dentist recommends this toothpaste with xylitol once a day, and a top brand with fluoride once a day. No cavities in years!

Not enough of the good stuff
I purchased the toothpaste because it has xylitol but I've since determined it doesn't have enough to make a difference. I'm sure it's okay as toothpaste. Also, it doesn't taste very good.
