The effects are immediate with ies controlled and worked out. Usage Directions: Swallow one with plain water at a time. Do not consume more than 1 in 24 hours. Ingredients ----------- Cetirizine hydrochloride, Microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate, hypromellose (E 464), macrogol 4000, titanium dioxide (E 171) and polydextrose.
