Good product
I find it really helpful. I suffer with anxiety and sometimes find it difficult to go to sleep. This really helps, it doesn't make everything better but its helpful to get to sleep

Very effective product for nerves
Quick delivery I brought this for my students for driving test nerves , the rescue remedy is effective but does take a few days to take any effect , does calm nerves slightly helps to relax ,

Really helped my sleep
This has really helped me switch off at night and I am sleeping much better. On the odd occasion I wake up in the early hours, I have another 2 sprays and have gone back to sleep too!
