I would think so, unless you have someone to hold it down while in use. The provided clamp does the job very well.

Is there any difference between the coloured and silver ones?

The Italian Marcato website states the WELLNESS pasta maker comes with a 10 year warranty. Why does this only come with a 3 year warranty?

10 years is about the painting I believe..as per the Europena Law the warranty on the produt is 2 years

Can you use this machine for dough

I'm not sure I understand the question. The machine is for cutting pasta dough to make tagltelle and spaghetti.
