Does the stand have foam on it?

The top rails are bare metal, which may be what some of those saying "no" are checking, but the keyboard doesn't actually rest on those. There's a very thin layer of high density foam on the two flat end pieces (with the holes and slot in them) which the keyboard sits on.

Would this be compatible with a yamaha ypt 255 keyboard?

Would this be suitable for a Kurzweil RG 100?

Is there a way to anchor this to a wall?

Since the legs are slightly wider than the top of the stand, you would need some metal brackets that have some length to them to space the stand away from the wall slightly. I wouldn't think there was a lot of point in mounting a folding stand to wall.
