What mobile apps does this Cabinet Lock support?

Only YL-F1 YL-F2 supports, YL-103 YL-138 model does not support; the app name is "esmartlock", please download it from the App Store on iOS, or download it from Google Play on Android.

Is this Cabinet Lock suitable for outdoor use?

This Cabinet Lock is not waterproof, if rainwater enters through the gap into the lock, it can damage the circuit, please use it in a protected situation.

How can I authorize remote unlocking?

If your friend is neer the lock, download and install the esmartlock app, register account A, add account A user name under your main account and set the period that can be unlocked.

Why can any fingerprints be unlocked?

The new lock is in the factory mode by default, any fingerprint can be opened. Please register the user first. After the first user successfully registers, the factory mode will be automatically canceled. Only the registered fingerprint can open.
